Play’n GO Integrates Games from Proactive Gaming Scandinavia
Play’n GO software provider acquires Proactive Gaming Scandinavia and its portfolio. This agreement allows the popular studio to diversify the library of its games and extend the number of operators that power the company’s content.
Proactive Gaming will enrich the Play’n GO library with high-quality Keno, digital scratch cards, and bingo items. What is more important, Proactive’s poker framework allows the Sweden-based company to offer this type of gaming for the first time.
“… appeal to those in regulated markets looking for a diverse gaming offering.”
Johan Törnqvist, CEO of Play’n GO, commented: “At Play’n GO, we’re always looking to push the boundaries of what a supplier can achieve, and this acquisition of Proactive Gaming will allow us to enter new verticals and build on our existing customer base. Proactive Gaming share our omnichannel outlook and development expertise, which we believe will ensure a smooth transition into our pioneering brand as we enter 2018.
We’ll be very happy to demonstrate at ICE 2018 how our expanded product range and back-office capabilities can appeal to those in regulated markets looking for a diverse gaming offering.”
Cooperation of Proactive Gaming with such operators as PAF and Idrottens Bingo will be continued after the acquisition.
