Evoplay Entertainment proudly introduces the industry’s first role-playing (RPG) casino slot - Dungeon Immortal Evil. This is a game that has metaphoric reeled configuration and win lines, but skillfully replaces those with a video game-like action delivered to screens from the point of view of the 3D camera tracker. There is also a certain adjustment to standard bonuses. Thus, free spins are diversified with level-based play and certain qualities added to symbols in the game. This is an epic reel spinning experience that you should take a closer look at! We invite you to explore our detailed slot review, to understand all the new slot rules, to catch up with how much this spin machine costs and pays, and where to launch it in a demo or real money modes. We are also offering links to more story-based strategies and adventures on the reels. These will be not as fancy, though, because currently Dungeon Immortal Evil slot is one of its kind!
Dungeon Immortal Evil Slot Machine Review [Pays Up to 5,000x the Stake]
Released on January 29th, 2020, this is a truly revolutionary non-progressive video slot. It has a whole new approach to design and controls, as well as to the way reel spinning may be portrayed. At the same time, the game stays loyal to the traditions of casino slots - it is RNG-based, requires no skills or special knowledge, and is based on a traditional scheme of spin’s wins and losses.
The game’s maximum advertised payout reaches 5,000x the total stake in one round. Return to player percentage rests at 95%, which is slightly below the average. The developer and provider of this game is Ukraine-based Evoplay Entertainment. This is an innovative and ambitious young team from Eastern Europe that already got the industry talking when it rolled out its innovative Necromancer slot in June of 2018.
Following the footsteps of that revolutionary release that made the industry take a totally new look at how slots can be crafted, we contacted the team for an interview. “Many companies would state they have unique UI, mechanics and concepts. It is important, but when everyone claims exclusive – there is no more exclusivity in place. I would say, our uniqueness is in the ability to look at the industry from a different angle, not being bound by corporate style, market trends or any other boundaries. We are flexible, we think outside of the box, we don’t follow anybody and we do know that nothing is impossible,” said the studio’s CEO Alexander Levchenko in our conversation.
FYI: A year after our interview with Evoplay Entertainment, the studio was crowned Spinnovator of the Year 2019. “We are absolutely delighted to have won one of the industry’s most prestigious awards for innovation. There is so much fantastic technology available for development studios to harness, and the emerging generation of players need an entirely new approach. The future of slots is all about creating a gaming experience that responds to the patterns of behavior of the new generation. We’re looking forward to kick-starting this future and making slots more immersive than ever before!” Alexander Levchenko, CEO at Evoplay Entertainment, said in his statement.
The Epic Quest
The game opens with an impressive trailer showing our main character - a white-haired warrior with a massive blue tattoo across his left shoulder, being accepted into a secret order hidden in a dungeon amidst sacred mountains. Years later, the hero is returning to the dungeon to fight monsters that destroyed the order and killed innocent people.
Do not expect to see reels! Once the game starts, you will literally follow the hero via the 3D camera tracker, as he will run through the chambers of the dungeon, fighting and crushing any of the seven monsters. There will be Imps, Skeletons, Acolytes, Gargoyles, Succubus, Spiders, Infernos, and Evil Spirits.
You will get a 3D image of the fights accompanied by special effects, quality sound design and epic music. This is a reeled event worth trying.
Paytable Explained:
While visually, there are no grids involved, the creative team still insists there is five reels - one bet line configuration. Once you start the Spin button, your character will rush into yet another dungeon, where anywhere between one to five monsters will attack him (this random number of characters reminds somewhat of the Megaways™ feature). You may either defeat them with a regular spin or press the Spin button once more right before the attack.
Cost of the rotation starts at 0.10 cents, and reaches 500 credits, which makes this release of interest to both low and high rollers. While the goal of each spin is to defeat the monsters and to collect their treasures (which equals to collecting a winning combination), the reward of the rotation will be determined by the level of the loot (we explain this further down the review), type of the monster, and the RNG.
Special Icons
- This game is played based on progress of the character, which excludes the necessity of Wilds and Scatters.
Regular Icons
- Inferno is the most valuable monster worth between 3x to 150x the line stake.
- Defeat Dark Spinner to earn between 2x to 100x, or crash Succubus to collect between 1x to 75x.
- Value of Evil or Gargoyle will vary between 0.50x to 50x the line stake.
- Acolyte will bestow no more than 30x the line stake.
- Skeleton and Imp are among low-paid monsters. The first one delivers between 0.20x to 20x, while value of the second one will not exceed 10x the line stake for a five-of-a-kind combination.
Bonuses & Additional Winning Possibilities:
Earlier in the review we mentioned mysterious Loots. What are those, and how do they affect payouts? Each monster will come with a certain loot attached. Common loot is white, uncommon is blue, rare loot is yellow, epic is violet, and legendary is orange. Each monster can drop up to five loots that you can collect. These will result in level advancement, health, and strength.
As you progress through the dungeon, be ready to enjoy Bonus Achievements. In a regular video game these would be powers accumulated after fights. The longer you play, the harder it is to get to the next achievement, but the juicer the reward.
At the end of dungeon runs, there will be treasure chests filled with new weapons, cash, armor upgrades, or health improvement.
There will also be three random features:
- Mimic will reward you with an additional Boss monster in free spins. Defeating a monster results in winning 5,000x the stake.
- Big Game is five weak monsters heading your way, including the one with high probability of leaving a loot.
- Bad Company is five monsters with a high loot probability.
In free spins, the goal of which is to rush through all the monsters to get to the Boss and to crush him for an advertised jackpot, each monster will come with a certain damage-health-attack frequency powers.
